We built the clinic software we couldn't find
Most clinic management software is built around fixed appointment slots — book 10:00, book 10:15, and so on. That works well for some clinics. It doesn't work at all for the ones where patients simply arrive, take a token, and wait their turn.
ClinixLine was built specifically for that second kind of clinic. No fake time slots to work around, no forcing a queue-based practice into software designed for a different one. Patients get a token and a live position they can track from their own phone. Doctors and front-desk staff get a queue they can actually manage — call the next patient, start a consultation, mark someone as a no-show, all from one screen.
It's a small, focused product. That's deliberate — we'd rather get the core queue-and-booking experience right than spread thin across features most clinics never asked for.
A few things that shape every decision
Most clinic software assumes fixed time slots. We built ClinixLine for clinics that run on a queue — because that's how most of them actually work.
Every screen is built for one job, done well — a doctor managing their queue, a receptionist booking a walk-in, a patient checking their turn.
A clinic can't afford software that goes down mid-queue. We'd rather ship fewer features that genuinely work than more that occasionally don't.
